The cultural aperitifs of La Isla Social Club

Regular cultural rendez-vous throughout the year Dreamers aims to bring together artists, fans, curious, tourists and followers of La Isla Social Club in an unusual place. The goal is to share simple and convivial moments in a friendly artistic setting. A moment of proximity with the artists to constitute a circle of enthusiasts.

Dreamers is free and wants to meet the public in different places of the island. At each stage its atypical, historical or emblematic place. As for music, each Live will honor a painter or street artist and a Mauritian artist or group, always in a will to make the public discover the best of the Mauritian scene, from the Mauritian Seggae to the electronic music.

After Port Louis, Balaclava and Mapou, head towards the shores of Anse la Raie for the 4th edition of Dreamers, your New Wave event organized by La Isla Social Club in collaboration with the Attitude Hotels. Under a centenary old banyan and in an authentic natural setting of the Sensimar Lagoon Mauritius - 4-star hotel of the group Attitude recently renovated - find, Friday May 12 from 17h to 22h, Mauritian artists at the heart of the news:

EMLYN: An exceptional voice for this bewitching young artist considered one of the greatest talents of her generation. Emlyn returns from his residence at La Cité des Arts (Reunion) to unveil (?) The first notes of a long awaited debut album.

CASSIE JAY: Contagious energy! The passionate animator of Music FM takes the Dreamers turntables for a set full of rhythms, between Afro Soul-House, Funk and Deep House ... with a little vintage touch. You may be surprised.

DEVID: Graphic designer, illustrator, designer, Devid tackles everything, like this 38-meter wall painted as part of the last Porlwi by Light. For Dreamers, Dévid promises a few colors, always in its style, mystical and invaded by nature. In short, it is in phase with the site of Dreamers 4.

After Porlwi by Light, Kaz'Out and the School of Literacy in Fatima, Dreamers invites the collective MORIS DIMÉ - to the artistic initiatives on all lips at the moment. The opportunity to talk about culture and share your dreams of Mauritius tomorrow with the founders of this association sponsored by President Ameenah Gurib-Fakim.

Important information: Sensimar Lagoon Mauritius Hotel is forbidden to persons under 18 years of age. Parking will be set up on the public beach of Anse la Raie to access the event (no parking at the hotel, so it will take a few minutes).
